Briefing requests and your data.

This notice covers the briefing request form on this site. Last updated 31 October 2026.

What we collect

Your email address; your organisation, if you give one; the consent wording you agreed to and when; when you requested and confirmed; and a keyed hash of your IP address that can't be reversed.

Why

To send the Killswitch briefing updates you asked for, and to stop abuse of the form. Nothing else. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Consent

The consent box starts unticked. After you submit, we email a confirmation link; only confirmed addresses receive updates.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed contacts are deleted 24 months after they last confirmed, unless they confirm again. Unsubscribing deletes your details immediately.

Who processes it

Supabase stores the requests, Resend delivers the emails and Vercel hosts this site, each on our behalf.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To withdraw consent, or to access or correct your details, write to pandarohit05@gmail.com.

Law

We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
